“Without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.” (Hebrews 11:6 NIV).
READ: Hebrews 11
The word ‘crisis’ comes from the meaning of “decision.” The Greek word is often translated judgment. The crisis of belief is a turning point where you must make a decision. You must decide what you believe about God. How you respond at this turning point will determine whether you go on to be involved with God in a God-size project that only He can do, or whether you will continue to go your own way and miss what God has purposed for your life. This is not a one- time experience. How you live your life is a testimony of what you believe about God. Our lives will have to grow from faith to faith.
O Lord, help me through faith to take my eyes away from the crisis and challenges in my life, and to stay focused on You, in Jesus’ name, Amen.
